Dacusville Loop Waterline
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Dacusville Loop Waterline, GRE220006, will be received, by Powdersville Water District, at the office of 1719 Circle Rd, Easley, SC 29642, until 1:00 pm local time on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A member from each bidder may be present at the bid opening. The Project consists of the installation of approximately 28,000 LF of 12-inch DIP waterline, along with related fittings, hydrants, system connections and other appurtenances. The project also includes new service connections, asphalt repair, erosion control, grassing, and restoration to equal or better condition.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Powdersville Water office located 1719 Circle Road, Powdersville, SC 29642, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8am – 5pm.
Copies of the digital Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at no cost. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bidder is solely responsible for verifying the most recent version of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, have been downloaded if electronic access has been purchased. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the offices of Powdersville Water at 1719 Circle Road, Easley, SC 29642. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 via email to tyler.morgan@gmcnetwork.com.
