OCTOBER BILL NOTICE

Due to months of warm weather and reduced rainfall, the Keowee-Toxaway River Basin entered Stage 2 of Low Inflow Protocol on 9/17/24. Per Powdersville Water (PW) drought response plan, we have moved to MODERATE phase. We ask all customers to use water wisely, limit unnecessary usage, and only irrigate between midnight and 5AM.  PW’s Aquahawk online tool allows you to monitor your water usage.
